Even though I live in Seminole, Michael's Pharmacy in Hobbs is my pharmacy of choice. I've tried each of Seminole's 3 pharmacies but at Michael's I feel like the staff is actually working for me. Everyone that I've ever spoken with is polite and professional. They work on my prescriptions in a timely manner. And they actively work on making sure that I'm getting the most affordable prices. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Super friendly and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner and that you have what you need at any time wonderful customer service

Everyone is so nice! I love this place. They get slammed at certain times, but they still treat you like they have all the time for you. They don’t rush you out and make you feel bad for being there during rush hour. A notable moment for me was when I was newly dx with diabetes. I knew nothing about supplies and stuff, and I was horrified and scared. It was the lowest day of my year. I turned in the paperwork and the lady there right away ran it on her computer. She compared the prescriptions to my insurance to help me get the cost down. She found my insurance fully covered a different brand than what the doc rx’s, and she sent a request to my doc to have it be changed. She could have just said it’ll be 100 bucks and gone on with her day. But she spent like 10 minutes deep diving into this to help my cost come down. And she sent all the requests off so I didn’t have to run them back over. That is someone dedicated to quality. And I’ll never forget it. I tried to tell her not to worry about it, but she said she does worry about it because she knows how it feels to be in my shoes. People don’t care like that any more these days. But she did. The entire staff there cares about their customers. And it’s moments like that, that’ll they’d have to close for me to switch.

I'm so happy with switching to Michael's. These people make you their number one priority in person and on the phone. Thank you so much for being so kind to me. From going inside it's obvious that every customer is important to the employees. Thank you so much Julie,Will and Bart. Your all so awesome!!!

Just want to thank the staff at Michaels pharmacy. Helping people take care of their health is a very hard job and you guys are often lined up and busy when I go. But you're always polite, professional, and lead with kindness and empathy. Thank you for your help over the years.
